Colebrook Sturrock has acquired Champion & Co, creating expanded coverage in East Kent that will benefit clients and purchasers alike
Colebrook Sturrock has acquired Champion & Co, a long-established and highly regarded estate agency business based in Saltwood, near Hythe.
The acquisition creates an expanded network of offices for Colebrook Sturrock across East Kent, from the Thanet towns in the north, southwards around the coast towards Romney Marsh, and westwards embracing the many villages towards Canterbury and Ashford.
Simon Greaves and Toby Caufield, directors at Colebrook Sturrock, are delighted to welcome Paul Champion and his staff who have been trading successfully since 1974. Champion & Co operates throughout the Shepway area, dealing with the sale of residential property primarily in the Hythe, Saltwood, Sandgate and West Folkestone locations. Their offices are situated beside The Green in the pretty village of Saltwood just to the north of Hythe.
